Cancellation Policy

Private Event Policy Reservation & Payment A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is to be paid in person on the day of the event, before it begins. Failure to pay the full balance on time may result in cancellation or interruption of the event without refund of deposit. Guest Count & Capacity The base rental fee includes up to 20 guests (dogs and humans combined). Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and may incur additional fees. Maximum occupancy of the venue must be respected at all times. Conduct & Safety All guests and dogs must behave respectfully to other guests, staff, and property. Aggressive behavior by dogs or humans will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. Dogs must be under control and leashed when not in the private event space. Food & Beverage Guests may bring and consume their own cannabis and alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws. We provide bartending and serving of guests’ own alcohol but do not supply alcohol or cannabis. Cleanup Our staff will provide cleanup assistance during and after the event. Any excessive mess or damage caused by guests or pets may result in additional cleaning or repair fees charged to the host. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees. Liability Hosts are responsible for the behavior of their guests and pets during the event. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.
