Cancellation Policy

Here’s the updated Dog Sitting Policy without the phone number: Dog Sitting Policy At Cafe Zoomies, we are committed to providing exceptional care for your beloved dog. Please review our updated policies to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. 1. Eligibility Dogs must be at least 6 months old and fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination is required at the time of booking. Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses and parasites (e.g., fleas, ticks). 2. Health and Safety Dogs with aggressive behavior or a history of biting will not be accepted. Please disclose any medical conditions, medications, or dietary needs during registration. If a dog becomes ill during their stay, we will contact the owner and, if necessary, seek veterinary care (costs to be covered by the owner). 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the scheduled service date will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will result in a full-service charge. 4. Feeding and Care Owners must provide sufficient food for the duration of their dog’s stay, along with clear feeding instructions. Fresh water is provided at all times. Regular exercise and playtime are scheduled to ensure your dog’s well-being. 5. Personal Belongings You are welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toy, blanket, or other comfort items. Cafe Zoomies is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. 6. Payments We accept payments securely through Wix. Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. 7. Liability While we strive to ensure your dog’s safety, Cafe Zoomies is not responsible for injuries, illnesses caused by other dogs, or pre-existing conditions. Owners are required to sign a liability waiver prior to their dog’s stay. 8. Behavioral Issues If your dog exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior, we may contact you to arrange an early pickup. 9.
