Obedience Training Liability Waiver

This Obedience Training Liability Waiver (the "Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned (the "Participant") and Cafe Zoomies ("the Organization"), located at 1410 East Main Street, Ventura, CA 93001. By signing this waiver, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below in relation to participation in any obedience training sessions ("Training") provided by the Organization.
